William (Bill) McBeath is Chairman of Xpert Exposition Services. His responsibilities include providing strategic and operational, executive-level leadership for all areas of the company. He currently serves as the CEO to The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas – Hotel and Casino. Prior to founding Xpert, Bill was President and COO of CityCenter and has served over the years as president of the Bellagio, Mirage and Treasure Island.
McBeath is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ and Walker Digital Table Systems (WDTS). He has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and as Board Chairman of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Fiscal Affairs Committee.
McBeath graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration and was recognized as “Alumni of the Year” by the University’s Hotel School in 2004.
Todd Neely – President and CEO
Todd Neely, founder of Xpert Exposition Services, has over 26 years of experience in the trade show industry. Neely oversees new business development and continuously fortifies existing accounts. Before founding Xpert, Neely was regional vice president of sales at Champion Exposition Services for over 14 years. He also spent many years in the hospitality industry – working at Hyatt Regency Hawaii properties, Reno Hilton and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Jay Kulesza – Chief Operating Officer
Jay Kulesza joined the Xpert team in October 2013. Kulesza oversees the day-to-day operating activities including Sales & Promotion, Finance/Accounting, and Operations. Prior to joining Xpert, Jay had an extensive career in the hospitality and gaming business. During his tenure, Jay was Vice President of Finance for the Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, NV and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip. Kulesza received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
