I & D Sales Manager

Job Description

Xpert Exposition Services is seeking an I&D Sales Manager, located in the Las Vegas, NV area to help expand this relatively new division. This position would oversee sales, coordination, development and execution on all aspects of I&D exhibits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building business opportunities and market share
  • Retaining and increasing customer base
  • Expanding sales opportunities to realize substantial growth in revenue and business base
  • Cultivate industry contacts and client relationships to maximize business opportunities
  • Developing and managing sales process – including proposal approach
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts
  • Develop fully integrated implementation plans for assigned show portfolio to ensure planned labor and show margins are met or exceeded
  • Work closely with client to produce their event
  • Assumes complete accountability for monitoring and controlling project budgets and deadlines for all entities pertaining to accounts
  • Arrange and conduct meetings for all projects – regardless of size or type
  • Manage the labor and productivity tracking and reporting process.  Assist in show labor analysis
  • Implement XES SOP and Best Practices, and pro actively develop, test and share process improvements
  • Strive to provide superior service and delivery of quality products to our customers
  • Coordinate the work order process for all assigned accounts – Secure all information needed
  • Monitor process of detail drawings to ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Process orders, providing sufficient time for production to produce
  • Oversee show site operations for the I&D exhibits

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Someone who is passionately committed to creating a quality experience exceeding client expectations
  • 5+ years of tradeshow experience – specifically with system metal and tradeshow construction
  • Experience reading floor plans, and construction drawings
  • Detail-oriented, possessing exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with clients
  • Must have ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, competently handling demanding deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience managing budgets, the ability to participate in budget meetings and the ability to discuss and communicate changes that impact the bottom line for the client and Xpert
  • Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Bachelors Degree, preferred

National Account Executive

Job Description

Xpert Exposition Services is seeking a National Account Executive, located in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales/financial goals that include building business opportunities and market share, retaining and increasing customer base and expanding sales opportunities to realize substantial growth in revenue and business base.

Job Description

Xpert Exposition Services is seeking a National Sales Executive, located in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales/financial goals that include building business opportunities and market share, retaining and increasing customer base and expanding sales opportunities to realize substantial growth in revenue and business base. The successful candidate will also have experience developing and implementing sales administration processes and systems to ensure a proactive sales environment and efficient sales prospecting.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building business opportunities and market share
  • Retaining and increasing customer base
  • Expanding sales opportunities to realize substantial growth in revenue and business base
  • Implementing sales plans (short term and long term) complete with action plan to obtain goals
  • Developing and managing sales process – including proposal approach
  • Cultivate industry contacts and client relationships to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts
  • Keep up to date on all reporting and benchmark requirements with internal platform

  • 3+ years experience in the tradeshow, event, or hotel industry
  • Detail-oriented, possessing exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work both independently and participate as a team player for achieving departmental and company goals

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business contracts, as well as proficiently write reports, proposals, and other business correspondence
  • Experience managing budgets, the ability to participate in budget meetings and the ability to discuss and communicate changes that impact the bottom line for the client and Xpert
  • Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree.  Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Event Planning.  Related experience may be substituted for formal education.
