Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job description

Xpert Exposition Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative, located in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all exhibitors and operations staff prior to, during and after shows. The CSR provides high quality service to inquiries via phone, email, social media and onsite at tradeshows.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform office and show-site job functions which include: incoming / outgoing phone calls, invoicing, collecting on outstanding balances, setup and maintenance of show files, packing show-site supplies, computers, printers, and other equipment / supplies, provide operations with all needed reporting.
  • Accurately inputs exhibitor orders and payments, including managing manual order forms.
  • Contacts exhibitors regarding challenges with online login, orders / payments, and resolves issues concerning billing or services rendered in collaboration with designated departments or Account Executives.
  • Serves as the point of contact for Show Management and Account Executives on assigned shows.
  • Properly handles and processes cash, checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments as well as collects all monies for services before, during, and after the show.

  5. Basic computer and math skills.
  6. Travels up to fifty percent (50%) primarily locally and regionally, and occasionally nationally. Able to work a flexible schedule, which can include some early mornings, nights and weekends, as well as overtime in order to facilitate shows / events, and meet customer deadlines.

Production Analyst

Job description

Xpert Exposition Services is seeking a Production Analyst, located in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible to produce, collect, monitor and study data that leads to actions and recommendations that will enhance financial performance. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the companies’ e-commerce site and kit distribution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions on e-commerce site.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Exhibitor Kits.
  • Manage Exhibitor campaigns on e-commerce site.
  • Assist in processing weekly time & attendance/payroll.
  • Assist in maintaining labor schedules and in preparing detailed labor forecast to actual analyses.
  • Assist in developing financial tools to enhance internal control and supplement financial planning.
  • Collaborate in the development, implementation and measurement of new benchmarks and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct audits and analysis of service desk financial transactions and customer satisfaction
  • Provide information to operations needed for shows.
  • Provides support and tools for the Account Executives and General Foreman

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical background
  • Possess skills in developing standards, problem solving, process improvement
  • Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office; “Blackbelt” in Excel a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the Local Union Contracts
  • Work requires professional and written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
